Our Y.E. Smith Master Schedule
Our master schedule has been revised to maximize instruction. The schedule includes an intervention block for each grade level. I used walk-through data to observe the amount of instructional time being used and lost throughout the school day. As an instructional leader, I met with teachers during PLC meetings to discuss each block as well as ways to make improvements.
